By using sunmoon.life, you agree to the following terms.

The following applies to all events purchased from Sun Moon Life, like retreats and workshops: There is a 275 euro non-refundable deposit. Refund requests sent 30 days before the start date of the event will receive the remaining amount of the program fee back. Refund requests sent less than 30 days before the start date of the event will receive 40% of the remaining program fee back. If Sun Moon cancels the event, you will receive 100% of the program fee back, with the exception of tax fees.

The following applies to all physical products purchased from Sun Moon Life, like shawls and other merchandise: Items must be returned in their original state and packaging within 14 days of arrival. When done so, the original buyer will get a full refund. When products are returned without their original state and/or their original packaging, no refund will be made. 

The following applies to all digital products purchased from Sun Moon Life, like downloads to meditations, e-books and films: No returns are accepted on digital products purchased from Sun Moon Life, if the product does not satisfy your expectations please contact us.

The following applies to our delivery service and times: When a physical order is placed, we will take the time listed in the product information to produce said product. Duration might vary from item to item. When the item is ready to be shipped you will receive an email confirmation regarding your purchased product being ready for shipment. Once said product is shipped by either us or a service provider, you will be notified. 

We only accept payment online via Stripe and PayPal for all products and services.

All images on this website were captured or illustrated by Sun Moon Life and are fully protected by EU and US copyright laws. Please ask for permission if you would like to use our images.

We reserve the right to moderate any user-generated content on the website and can delete accounts and associated content based on our personal discretion. 

Spamming, hacking, or otherwise tampering with sunmoon.life and or Sun Moon Life as defined by US and EU laws will be investigated, and any violations will be brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities for legal action.

Sun Moon Life is not responsible in any form for any physical, physiological, or other harm that may result from users interacting with sunmoon.life content or Sun Moon Life hosted events including instructional or entertainment content.
